Note:

In compliance with U.S. federal regulations and FDA guidelines under the Tobacco Control Act, flavored disposable vape products are subject to strict enforcement. As of now, only tobacco and menthol flavored products are permitted for sale. All unauthorized flavored products, including fruit, candy, and dessert flavors, are prohibited from retail sale in the United States unless specifically authorized by the FDA through a Premarket Tobacco Product Application (PMTA).

Due to these regulatory requirements, all warranty claims from U.S. residents will be fulfilled with tobacco or menthol flavored replacements only, in compliance with current FDA policy.
